Music producer for hire
TH6 is a music producer from the Netherlands who works for artists, brands and filmmakers anywhere in the world. Beats written for one artist, jingles that make a brand recognisable in a few seconds, and original music that fits a film to the frame. You work with the person who makes the music, from the first idea to the finished track.

What TH6 makes
- Beats for artists: from the catalogue on this site, or written from scratch for one artist and taken off the market.
- Complete tracks: a song produced from your lyrics, topline or demo to the last bar.
- Jingles, sonic logos and intros: for radio, TV and online ads, podcasts, YouTube channels, streams and events.
- Music for film: original score for short film, documentary, brand film and online video, written to picture.
- Sound design on request: sound effects, transitions, atmospheres and interface sounds for video, ads and apps.
Every sound in a TH6 production is played, recorded or programmed by TH6, or comes from a source with a licence for commercial use. There are no uncleared samples, so the music is safe to use commercially from day one.
How a project works
- Brief: you describe what you need, who it is for, where it will be used and when you need it. References help: a song, an ad or a film whose feel you like.
- Proposal: you get one price and a planning up front, including what is delivered and which rights you get. No hourly rate, no surprises afterwards.
- First version: a first direction to react to. This is where the sound gets decided.
- Revisions: the number of revision rounds is agreed in the proposal, so both sides know where the work ends.
- Delivery: the final files, and the rights in writing.
Rights, in writing
Who may use the music, where and for how long is agreed before the work starts and put in writing. For an artist that is usually an exclusive licence with fixed splits. For a brand or a film it is a licence for specific media, territory and period, or a full buy-out. Dutch law requires an exclusive licence or a transfer of rights to be in writing, and that protects you as much as it protects TH6.
What it costs
The price is always agreed per project, because a ten-second sonic logo and a full score for a documentary are not the same job. What drives the price: the length and amount of music, the number of versions, how fast you need it, and the rights: a local online campaign costs less than a worldwide buy-out. You know the price before anything starts.
Working worldwide
Everything runs online: the brief by mail or a call, the versions as files, the rights as a signed document. That works the same wherever you are, in the Netherlands, elsewhere in Europe or in the United States. Invoices are in euros, with or without VAT depending on where you are based.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to hire a music producer?
It depends on what you need: the amount of music, the number of versions, the deadline and the rights. TH6 always gives one price up front, per project, after you have sent a brief.
Do I own the music?
You get the rights that are agreed in writing: an exclusive licence, a licence for specific media and a period, or a full buy-out. What fits depends on how you will use the music.
Can you work with a tight deadline?
Often, yes. Mention the deadline in your brief; the planning in the proposal is built around it, and a rush can affect the price.
Do you work outside the Netherlands?
Yes. Everything runs online, so where you are makes no difference to how a project runs.
