What you buy, what you may do with it, and exactly which percentage goes where. In plain words, before you pay.
TH6 gets 10% of what the master earns – the producer's share, agreed before you release instead of argued about after. If the beat was made with another producer, the two share it: 5% each. On an exclusive that share is not fixed: that is a different arrangement and gets its own conversation.
The beat is the music half of the song, so the writing splits half and half: TH6 as composer, you for the lyrics and the topline. With a second producer, the composer half is shared: 25% each. Nothing on top of that – no separate publisher's share that quietly turns it into 75/25.
Every lease gives you the tagged MP3 and the WAV, and the Unlimited Lease adds the stems, so your engineer can mix the song around your vocal. Otherwise the difference is how far you are allowed to go with it. That is deliberate, because it means you do not pay the full amount for a track when you do not yet know what it will do.
Go past your number and you move up to the next licence, paying only the difference – never the full amount again. If it really takes off, the Unlimited Lease is a one-off € 300 and you are done. What you may do with the beat is the same in all three: sell it, video, radio, live, sync. All three also require the credit: prod. TH6, and the other producer if there is one. Before you pay, you sign the licence agreement for each beat, and it comes signed as a PDF with your files.
The beat comes off the shop and nobody can buy it after you. That is what you pay for, and it is the honest version of the word.
What it is not: it does not delete the licences that were already sold. Those keep running, and no shop can undo that. So before an exclusive sale you get the count in writing – how many non-exclusive licences are out there and to whom, as far as that is known. If that number is uncomfortable, you should know it before you pay, not after.
You get an exclusive licence, not a transfer of copyright. That keeps it cheaper for you and keeps the composer's registration with TH6. The master share is not fixed at 10% on an exclusive – that is agreed per deal, before anything is delivered. Do you want everything, publishing included? That is a separate buy-out, with its own price and a real deed – Dutch law requires that in writing.
Drum kits, one-shots and loop kits: pay once, use forever, worldwide, in every medium. No split, no backend, nothing owed when a beat you made with them gets placed.
That needs saying, because in this corner of the market it is common to charge for a loop kit and then still claim half the master when it lands somewhere. That is being paid twice for one thing.
Every sound in a kit or a beat is played, recorded or programmed by TH6 himself, or comes from a source with a licence for commercial use. No uncleared fragments of existing records.
That matters more than it sounds. European law lets the owner of a recording block even a two-second fragment, and the pastiche exception in the law only covers a sample in open dialogue with the original, not a loop under your drums. A sample from the catalogue on a commercial release goes through sample clearance, with the splits agreed before the release rather than after.
An exclusive licence has to be agreed in writing; since 2026 an e-mail or an electronically signed agreement counts too. A transfer of copyright also needs a deed. Either way, you get it in writing before anything is delivered (art. 2 Copyright Act).
The bestseller provision stays standing whatever any contract says: if what you paid turns out disproportionate to what the work earns, the maker can claim an extra fair fee (art. 25d Copyright Act). That protects you as a writer just as much as it protects TH6.
Digital downloads carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, which you waive at checkout in exchange for getting the files straight away. That waiver has to be explicit – a tick box, not fine print (art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code).
A licence you do not understand is worth nothing. Ask before you buy – contact answers licence questions first, ahead of everything else.
Work made to your brief: a custom beat, a complete track, a jingle or intro, sound design, or clearing a sample so a release can go out. The price is agreed per brief.
TH6 is a Dutch producer who makes music in every style, for artists, brands and film. The beats for sale here are one part of that work.
No single sound. Whatever the song or the project needs, from the hip-hop, drill and hoodtrap in the shop to the record with Yade Lauren. What stays the same: every part leaves room for the voice.
The kits and loops on this site are not a pack assembled to be sold. They are the sounds that were already in the sessions.
Everything is produced in FL Studio. Loop kits ship with a key and a tempo instead of a genre label, because that is what you need to know before you drag one in.
Produced for Yade Lauren, Frsh, Blacka, SHEP and many more. All releases, on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.
Custom work and sample clearing run through services. Anything else goes through contact.
Everything you pick lands here, and you pay for it in one go. The files of every beat then arrive together in your mail.
Your cart is still empty. Pick a licence at any beat and tap Add to cart, and it shows up here.
We are checking how the payment went.
Buying a beat or a kit does not need one. You pay, and the download links are in your mail within a minute. Only the membership will need something here later, because whoever gets loops every week has to be able to reach the archive.
The questions buyers actually ask, answered before you have to write anything.
Straight after payment the download links go to the mail address you paid with; they usually arrive within a minute. You do not need an account.
Mail contact with the order number and the address you paid with. That is enough to find the order – screenshots are not needed.
MP3 320 kbps and 24-bit WAV, both with the tag in them. Only on an Exclusive deal is taking the tag off up for discussion. Kits come as one plain zip.
The Unlimited Lease and the Exclusive also come with the stems: every layer of the beat as its own file. They come in a separate mail, within 8 hours.
No multi-part .rar archives. Half the support questions in this corner of the internet come from people trying to unpack a .z01 file, so that problem does not get made here.
Yes. The licence does not expire and nothing has to be renewed. Keep a backup anyway – a download link is not storage.
At checkout you tick two boxes: one to start the download immediately, one to waive the 14-day cooling-off period. That waiver is what lets you have the files right away, and after that the sale is final.
But not unconditionally. If a file is broken, incomplete or not what the page said it was, you keep your rights under Dutch law and it gets fixed or refunded. Shops that write “all sales are final under any circumstances” are writing something that does not hold up here.
Euros, and yes: the prices include 21% VAT. If you live outside the EU, you pay the same amount, without VAT in it. The receipt splits it out before you pay. Buying for a company gets you an invoice.
Mostly how far you may go. All three give you the tagged MP3 and the WAV, the Unlimited Lease adds the stems, and what you may do is identical: sell it, video, radio, live, sync. The number is the streams: 100,000, 150,000, or no limit at all.
Read the whole thing on licences.
Then you move up to the next licence and pay only the difference – never the full amount again. Mail info@th6gotit.com with your order number and it gets sorted. Your track does not have to come down for it.
Yes, and you get the count before you pay: how many non-exclusive licences are already out there. Those stay valid – no shop can withdraw a licence it already sold, and any shop that claims otherwise is selling you something it cannot deliver.
Yes, always: prod. TH6 wherever credits appear, and the other producer too if the beat was made with one. It is part of every lease, and it links your song to its producers in the stores and in credit databases. Only an exclusive deal can drop it, in writing.
Yes. TH6 does not register beats or kits in Content ID, so nothing of yours gets claimed by this catalogue.
The other way round: do not register a track in Content ID while a TH6 kit is recognisable in it, because that would claim other people's uploads made with the same sounds.
On the master TH6 keeps 10% and you keep 90%; with a second producer that 10% is split, 5% each. On the publishing it is 50/50 as composer, with the composer half split the same way. Both are fixed before you release and neither moves with the numbers – you know the split before the track is out, not after.
On an exclusive that master share is not fixed: it is agreed per deal and it can come out higher. Whatever it lands on, it is on paper before anything is delivered.
No. Never. Kits are royalty-free: you pay once and you are done.
This is worth saying plainly, because it is common in this market to sell a loop kit and then still claim half the master when it lands somewhere. That is charging twice for one thing.
Yes. That is what the kits are for.
No. Repackaging the loose samples into your own kit, preset pack or instrument is the one thing that is off limits, along with using them as training data for an AI model.
No. The licence is personal and stays with you, not with the machine. Passing the kit itself on is not allowed.
It does not. Every sound is played, recorded or programmed by TH6, or comes from a source licensed for commercial use. If you want to use a sample from the catalogue on a release, that runs through sample clearance, with the splits agreed before the release.
Then it belongs on this page. Send it through contact and it gets answered and added.
One inbox, read by TH6 himself. Say what you need and it gets a straight answer.
The agreement that applies once you buy something here. In plain language, because terms you cannot read protect nobody.
Last updated 2 October 2026This shop is run by one person, who makes the beats himself.
Mail is the way to reach me, and it is read by a person. There is no phone queue and no ticket system.
Everything sold on th6gotit.com: beats, loop kits, drum kits, and custom work ordered through the services page. All of it is digital – there is nothing to ship and nothing arrives in the post.
They apply to you as a private buyer. If you are buying for a company, the same text applies, minus the parts that only exist to protect consumers: the cooling-off period in article 8 is one of those.
Prices on the site include 21% Dutch VAT. The price is the same wherever you live: if you live outside the EU, there is no VAT in it. A company in another EU country with a valid VAT number pays no Dutch VAT either; the VAT is then reverse-charged. You see the amount and the VAT on one receipt before you pay, and that amount is what gets charged. Nothing else is added. A company purchase gets an invoice.
Deals: buy 2, get 1 free (of every 3 beats in an order the cheapest is free), and 2 Unlimited Leases for € 500. Sometimes there is a sale for a set period, or you have a discount code. One deal applies per order: the one that saves you the most, applied by itself. A code works until the date it names, a one-time code works once, and a code cannot be exchanged for money.
Prices can change, but never for an order that has already been placed. If a price is obviously wrong – a beat listed at two euro instead of twenty – I may withdraw it, and you get your money back in full. That is the only case in which an order can be undone from my side.
You choose one or more beats, each with its own licence. Before you pay, you read the licence agreement for each beat and sign it, with your finger or mouse and your typed name. Then you pay, and at that moment there is an agreement. If you do not pay, your signature is deleted.
You get a confirmation by e-mail with what you bought, which licence goes with each beat and what you paid, with the licence agreement attached as a PDF, signed by you and by me.
Keep that mail. It is your proof, and it is what I use to find your order if something goes wrong.
You pay at the moment of purchase, through Mollie. There is no invoicing afterwards. For an order of € 150 or more you can also choose Klarna: you then pay Klarna, later or in three parts, under Klarna's own terms. Either way the files come as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Straight away. After payment the download links go to the address you paid with, usually within a minute. You do not need an account.
With the Unlimited Lease you also get the stems. They come in a separate mail, within 8 hours of payment.
If the link does not work, mail me with your order number and I will send the files another way. A broken link is my problem, not yours.
That is set by the licence you chose, and the licences are written out in full on their own page. The short version: you get the right to use the beat, the copyright stays with the beat's makers, and the split is stated up front.
What you may not do, under any licence: resell the files as they are, put them in a beat pack or a sample pack, or hand them on to someone else to use. You bought the right to make something with them, not the right to sell them on.
Every lease runs up to a number of streams: 100,000 on the Basic Lease, 150,000 on the Premium Lease, and the Unlimited Lease has no cap. That number counts all streams of the release together, across every platform combined. Go past it and you move up to the next licence, paying the difference between what you paid and what that licence costs – never the full amount again. Until that is settled your release simply stays up; nothing is taken offline and no penalty applies.
The files in every lease carry a tag. Only on an exclusive licence can it be agreed that the tag comes off, and that is put in writing before delivery.
Every release credits the producers of the beat: prod. TH6, and the other producer too if the beat was made with one. At your distributor you add them in the credits with the role Producer. That is part of every lease. Only on an exclusive licence can it be agreed that the credit is dropped, and that too is put in writing before delivery.
The split is the same in every lease: you keep 90% of the master and 50% of the publishing, and the rest goes to the producers of the beat. With one producer that is TH6. If the beat was made with another producer, the two share it equally: 5% each of the master and 25% each of the publishing. You set up the splits at your distributor before the release, and you register the song with your performing rights organisation with these writers.
Within 14 days of the release you report it to me with a link, through the link in your confirmation mail or by e-mail, so I can check the credit and the splits.
If you do not keep to the credit, the splits, reporting the release or the rules above about the files, I send you a warning by e-mail. If it has not been put right 14 days after that mail, I can end the licence by mail, unless the shortcoming is too small for that, such as a report that comes late but does come. Once the licence has ended, the release has to be taken offline and I may ask the distributor and the platforms to remove it. You then only get back what is left of what you paid after the value of what you received and cannot return (the files and the use up to then) and the loss I suffer from the shortcoming. Usually nothing is left. The stream limit is the exception: for that, nothing is ever taken offline.
Buying an exclusive licence does not erase the non-exclusive licences already sold. Those keep running, and no shop can undo that.
Dutch law gives you fourteen days to change your mind about something bought online. Digital files are the exception, and the exception only holds if you agreed to it clearly at checkout. That is written out on its own page, because it is the term people get caught by most often.
If a file is broken, incomplete, or not what the page said it was, that is on me. It gets fixed, replaced, or refunded – your choice between those, within reason.
You keep every right Dutch consumer law gives you. Nothing on this page takes those away, and any line here that tried to would simply not hold up.
What is not a fault: not liking the beat as much as you did in the preview, or a track not doing what you hoped it would do. Every beat can be played in full before you buy, which is the whole reason the player is there.
What you make with a beat, and what happens to it, is yours. If a release gets taken down, a deal falls through, or a platform makes a claim about your track, that is between you and them.
The one thing I do answer for is that I am entitled to sell the beat. Every sample used is either cleared, royalty-free, or played rather than lifted. If a claim ever lands that traces back to the beat itself, tell me and I will sort it out.
Beyond that, my liability is limited to what you paid for the beat, except for damage caused by intent or gross negligence on my side. Not because that number is generous, but because it is the honest size of this shop.
Mail me first. Most things that look like a dispute are a broken link or a misread licence, and those are fixed the same day. I answer within seven days, and if I need longer than that to sort something out, I say so.
Dutch law applies. If you live in another country as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country. If we truly cannot work it out, the competent court decides; as a consumer you can also go to the court where you live. You can also ask ConsuWijzer, the Dutch consumer authority's information desk, what your position is – that is free, and it is worth doing before anything else.
Mail me eerst.
Fourteen days to change your mind, and the exception that applies to downloads. This is the term buyers get caught by most often, so it stands on its own page and in full.
Last updated 2 October 2026Withdraw from your purchase here
Anything bought online in the Netherlands comes with fourteen days to change your mind, no reason needed. The fourteen days start the day after the purchase.
That is the default, and it exists because you could not hold the thing before you bought it.
Digital files are different. Once a file is downloaded it cannot be handed back, and the law recognises that: for digital content the right of withdrawal falls away – but only if three things happened.
The first two come from you, as two separate boxes; a line buried in the terms is not enough. If one of the three is missing, the exception does not apply and you keep the full fourteen days.
Two separate boxes, neither ticked in advance, both required before payment goes through:
The confirmation mail repeats both, so you have it in writing on your side too.
You keep the full fourteen days if the download was not ready yet, if those two boxes were not put to you, or if you did not get a confirmation of them by mail afterwards.
And separately from all of this: giving up the right of withdrawal is not the same as giving up your rights. If a file is broken, incomplete, or not what the page said it was, article 9 of the terms applies and it gets fixed or refunded. No waiver touches that.
Use the withdrawal button: fill in your name, your order number and the address you paid with, and confirm. You get a confirmation by mail straight away. You do not have to say why.
A mail to info@th6gotit.com works just as well: one sentence with your order number is enough. Either way, the day it arrives is the day it counts.
Within fourteen days of the withdrawal arriving, by the same route you paid. No fee is taken off.
Something made to your brief is a different case: it is made for you and cannot be sold to anyone else, so once work has started there is no cooling-off period. That is agreed before the work begins, not afterwards, and it is stated in the mail that confirms the job.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal button and a plain mail work just as well.
(*) Delete as appropriate.
Digitale bestanden liggen anders.
Fill in your name, your order number and the address you ordered with, and confirm. You get a confirmation by mail straight away, and a personal answer within fourteen days.
Rather mail? That works too: info@th6gotit.com, with your order number. You do not have to say why. What happens next is on the right of withdrawal page.
What this site learns about you. It is less than you are used to, and that is deliberate – so here it is exactly.
Last updated 2 October 2026No cookies, no tracking, no embedded players. The site loads nothing from another server: no fonts from Google, no YouTube frames, no measurement scripts. What you do here stays between your browser and this site.
Under the GDPR there has to be someone who answers for what happens to your data. Here that is one person:
A shop this size does not need a data protection officer and does not have one. Mail goes straight to the person who runs it.
Three things, kept by your own browser: two settings so the site remembers how you left it, and your cart.
None of them is a cookie. The two settings are never sent anywhere; the cart only goes to the site's own server: to work out the price, to count which beat and licence went into a cart, and as your order when you sign and pay. They sit in your browser's local storage, they say nothing about who you are, and clearing your browser data removes them.
If you buy something, one more thing is kept for a moment: th6-bestelling, the number of your order. It lives in that one tab only, so the page you land on after paying can ask Mollie how the payment went. It is removed as soon as the payment has gone through, and otherwise when you close the tab.
Pay by card, and Mollie's card fields add one item of their own to your browser's local storage: ally-supports-cache, a note on what your browser supports, for the accessibility of those fields. It says nothing about you and holds no card details; those go straight to Mollie and never pass through this site.
None of this is a cookie, and each of them is needed for something you asked for. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask permission for. The only cookie on th6gotit.com is for the owner of the shop himself, to log in to his own dashboard; visitors never get it.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, theirs writes a line for every request: an IP address, the moment, the page asked for, and what browser asked. That is unavoidable – without an address to send the page back to there is no website.
Those lines are not read, not analysed, and not linked to anything. They exist so a server can be kept running and abuse can be blocked. Legally that is a legitimate interest, and it is the narrowest one there is.
Besides that, the site keeps a few counts: how often each beat is played and when it last played, how many visits play at least one beat, and how many pages are viewed per day. When you arrive, it also counts in which ten minutes of the day that was, which page you landed on, the label of the link you followed if it has one (such as a campaign tag, or a discount code in a link from a creator), which site you came from (for example Google or Instagram, only the name of the site), which country the connection is in, and whether it is a phone, tablet or computer. The country is worked out from the connection by our host; your IP address itself is not kept. Only the totals are kept. There is no cookie in this and nothing that says who it was, so a count can never be traced back to you. The totals are stored at Upstash, a database service, and only the owner of the shop sees them.
When you put a beat in your cart, it counts which beat and which licence. For the owner's own app, the site also keeps a short list of what just happened: a beat that went into a cart, a beat that reached a number of plays, and a new visit, each with the beat, the licence, the country of the connection and the site you came from. That list holds nothing that says who you are, keeps at most the last 300 events and nothing older than seven days, sits at Upstash with the counts, and only the owner sees it.
The contact form and the services brief write an e-mail and open it in your own mail program. So does the licence picker, if you choose to mail instead of pay. Nothing is sent by the site and nothing is stored on the way. You press send, or you do not.
What arrives, arrives as mail, in a mailbox at Soverin in the Netherlands. It holds whatever you chose to write, and it is kept as long as the conversation is worth keeping. The owner can also read that mail in his own app on his phone; on its way there it passes through the site's own server at Vercel, which keeps none of it.
Paying works differently. That is the next section.
A purchase is an order, and an order means data: your name, your artist name, your e-mail address, the beat and licence you chose, what you paid and when, and the moment you asked for the download to start right away. Tax law adds two things: the country you live in and the country your connection came from, because together they decide the VAT. Buying for a company adds its name and VAT number. All of it is needed to deliver what you bought, to put the right name on your licence, and to account for the VAT.
That order is stored together with the payment, at Mollie; the signed licence agreement, with your name, IP address and signature, is stored at Upstash. Mollie also sees how you paid. This site never does, and no card number touches this server. If you pay by card, you type your card details on this page into fields from Mollie, which send them straight to Mollie; this site never sees or stores them.
If you choose to pay later or in parts with Klarna, your address also goes to Mollie and Klarna: Klarna needs it to check the payment and to collect it. Only then; nobody else is asked for an address.
After a purchase you get a code for your next order. That code is kept with your order number in the database at Upstash for at most 40 days, so it can be used only once. Nothing else about you is in it.
After a purchase you can also review the beat, on the page behind your download link. What you send is stored at Upstash: the stars, the name you choose to show, your text, the beat and your order number. The order number is how a review is tied to a real purchase, one per beat per order, and it is never shown. Every review is read before it goes online; once placed, the stars, the name you chose, your text and the date appear on the page of the beat. Reviewing is your choice, and your consent is the legal basis.
Before you pay, you sign the licence agreement for each beat. For that the site keeps the lines you drew, the name you typed, the moment you signed, the IP address and browser you signed from, and the agreement itself, at Upstash. If you do not pay, all of it is deleted, at the latest after 24 hours. If you pay, it becomes the signed agreement: the PDF with both signatures and these details goes by mail to you and to me. It is kept to prove what was agreed, for as long as the licence runs. A licence does not expire, so that means as long as the beat is in use, and always at least seven years after the purchase. The legal bases are the agreement itself, the legitimate interest in being able to prove it, and the legal duty to keep records.
If you report your release, the link and the date you give are stored at Upstash with your order number, so the credit and the splits can be checked.
Tax law requires those records to be kept for seven years. That is a legal obligation, not a choice, and it is the one case where a deletion request cannot be honoured in full.
These companies, all because something has to run somewhere: Vercel, who host the site; Soverin, who host the mail you send me; Mollie, who handle the payment; Resend, who send the mail with your download link and your signed agreement; Cloudflare, where the files sit until you fetch them; and Upstash, the database with the anonymous counts, the discount codes (with the order number a code belongs to), the reviews, the signed agreements and the release reports. If you choose Klarna, Klarna also receives your name, address and the order lines, to check and collect the payment.
Mollie and Soverin are Dutch; what sits there stays in the Netherlands. Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare and Upstash are American, so data can be handled outside the EU; their privacy terms cover that transfer. With Resend it concerns your name, your email address and the mail itself, with the signed agreement attached; with Upstash the discount codes, the reviews, the signed agreements, the release reports and the order number that goes with them.
If you buy for a company and give a VAT number, that number is checked with VIES, the register of the European Commission. Nothing else goes with it.
Nobody else. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers, and there is no mailing list you end up on by buying something.
You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have its use limited, object to it being held at all, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. One mail is enough and there is no form.
You get an answer within a month. In practice it is the same week, because there is not much to look through.
If you think something is being handled wrongly, say so first – it is faster and it usually turns out to be a misunderstanding. You also have the right to go straight to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, and complain there. That right does not depend on asking me first.
When the site starts doing something new with your data, this page changes with it. The date at the top always says when it was last touched.
